hei da er det bare 3,5 uker igjen til ironman i København. Noen som kan komme med tips om hvordan trene de siste ukene. Når skal vi slippe opp? hvor mye skal vi trene? Andre tips for oss nybegynnere?

Tror 3.siste uken kan være knallhard og så nedtrapping til ca 80% og 60% av treningstiden siste to uker, og da beholde antall økter men redusere på lengde og intensistet, dog med noen korte 10-15 sek "spurter" for å vekke musklene innimellom. Kort fortalt.
